Q. Is a deposit required to register my daughter(s)?
A. Yes, CGI Poconos requires a minimal deposit to complete the camper application & to hold a place. The deposit is paid at the completion of the camper application. The deposit amount varies based on the attending session, as follows:
- $100 for Winter Camp
- $150 for the 2 week summer session
- $300 for the 4 week summer session
If you are not able to make this payment please contact our office make alternative arrangements.
Q. Is the registration deposit refundable?
A. Yes! Should you change you mind, for any reason prior to November 15, 2022 for Winter camp or May 1, 2023 for Summer camp, your deposit will be fully refunded.
For families requesting financial assistance, if sufficient financial assistance is not awarded, CGI Poconos will refund 100% of your deposit, by November 15, 2022 for Winter camp or May 1, 2023 for Summer camp.
Q. Do you offer financial assistance?
A. Yes! CGI Poconos fully understands that many families attending camp may require financial assistance to attend camp. To that effect, CGI Poconos offers 4-tier pricing which provides families the opportunity to pay what they can afford. Tier-4 is a CGIP Scholarship application, which is online short and easy form to fill out.
In addition CGI Poconos works with families to secure 3rd party funding in the form of grants & scholarships such as the One Happy Camper and PJ Library grant and local federation scholarships. As well, there are several other funding opportunities including pay in-full discounts, refer-a-camper credit, Interest-Free Payment Plan and more.
Q. Is there a payment deadline?
A. Yes. Full payment for Winter Camp is due by November 15, 2022 and full payment for Summer Camp is due by May 1, 2023. Customized payment plans are available upon request; please call us at 845.425.0903 to discuss.
