4-TIER PRICING PROGRAM

Realizing that families have differing abilities to pay, CGIP has instituted a voluntary 4-tier pricing program. Please take a moment to look at the following tier descriptions and choose the tier that is most suitable for your family. All children will have the same experience no matter which tier a family is able to pay. The tier selected by a family will be kept confidential.

Tier 1

is based on the full cost of campers participating in the selected session. If you are able to pay this amount, please do so. Thank you!

Tier 2

is a partially subsidized rate that will enable families that just can’t afford the full cost of the camp program. Please, choose this rate if your family has the need to receive a subsidized rate.

Tier 3

is a more heavily subsidized rate for families whose children would not be able to attend camp otherwise. If you cannot afford either of the higher rates, please pay this amount.

Tier 4

Tier 4 is a variable rate for families whose financial assistance needs is greater than the subsidized rates above. We provide more significant financial assistance to families that demonstrate need through our Financial Assistance Program. If you need additional assistance, please mark this option on the Enrollment Application.

Please see below for multiple first-time camper grants & scholarship opportunities

A $200 (per 2-week session of camp) deposit payable by check or credit card is required with each camper’s application. If this deposit amount presents an obstacle, please call us at 845.425.0903 to discuss.

CGI requires a $200 deposit for the 2 week session or $400 deposit for the 4 week session to hold a place for your camper. Should you change your mind, for any reason, prior to May 1, 2024, we will refund all funds paid to CGI less $200 to cover administrative costs. After May 1, 2024, no refunds can be provided upon cancellation.

For families requesting financial assistance, if sufficient financial assistance is not awarded, CGI will refund 100% of your deposit, provided that you inform us in writing or via e-mail prior to May 1, 2024 that your camper will not be attending CGI.

After the first child pays full tuition, each sibling who enrolls shall receive a 10% off their tuition reduction. (Note: Discount not applicable if receiving a CGI Scholarship.)

Full payment is due by May 1, 2024. Customized payment plans are available on request; please call us at 845.425.0903 Ext.2 to discuss.

One Happy Camper Grant: CGI Poconos is proud to be a participant in the One Happy Camper grant program. That means qualifying campers will be eligible for a grant of $700 towards a 2 week session and $1,000 towards a 3 week or longer session. One happy camper grant eligibility:

At CGI Poconos, our goal is to offer your child a unique camping experience. We strive to make our program affordable and available for every child who wishes to participate. Our Financial Aid program provides assistance to families that are unable to pay the full tuition. The amount awarded is determined on the basis of need and the availability of funds.

Please note that CGI in the Poconos’ Financial Aid Applications will not be considered without the deposit, which is fully refundable if CGI in the Poconos is unable to provide sufficient aid to facilitate attendance. If the deposit itself creates an obstacle, please call us at 845.425.0903 to discuss. To apply for aid, please follow these easy steps:

Once CGI Poconos receives your Enrollment Application, the Financial Aid Application will be sent to you.
